Freezer CookingFreezer cooking is one of those things that takes little work but reaps big rewards.

On days when you’re just too tired to spend even 30 minutes in the kitchen and for times when you are so busy you barely have time to sit to eat. Pulling dinner out of the freezer can bring a huge smile and sigh of relief.
Freezer cooking is not only time saving but it’s frugal too.

When cooking for the freezer it doesn’t take much more energy to cook up extra than what you are making for dinner that night and place the extra in the freezer. The beautiful thing about freezer cooking is that you can start slowly only making enough to freezer for one meal at first. If you want to cook a whole week’s worth or more of freezer dinners a little extra in the organizing and cooking department will get you there.
Freezer cooking can keep you from wasting fresh produce that would normally go bad in the fridge before you can get to it. Dishes containing such things as onions, carrots, celery and such freeze up and cook up well. You can also take better advantage of bulk buying of fresh produce and meats making up meals and freezing them for later.

Cooking for the freezer is not that complicated and chances are you can start right away.

If you’re absolutely brand new to freezer cooking and not sure if it’s right for you (yet) Download this a free copy of Freezer Cooking Basics (see link below).
